Where has this year gone?! Well with five months left to go, here’s an mid-year update on where I am with my resolutions.

Ever wonder what it’s like to endure 13.1 miles of pavement, sweat, blisters, fatigue, and sheer willpower? Wonder no more. Here are my thoughts on running the San Diego Half Marathon.
For 2013 I’m doing something I’ve never done before–write out a list of my goals for what I want to do/accomplish in the next 12 months. Which ones will stick? Only time will tell. (Hopefully all of them.)

All in all, a pretty good workout today. Got in five miles and some stairs and was surrounded by beautiful fall weather.
