“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
Now I’m all for recovery days and active rest, but if I don’t push myself to go hard at least two times a week, I know I’m not growing. A coworker of mine just told me about Cadence Cardio in Vista, and I’m looking forward to trying it out.
It’ll be challenging for me a) because it’s been a while since I’ve gone to a spinning class and b) this bike tilts to simulate a real road bike and c) I never learned how to proficiently ride a bike (eek!). So that’s my challenge for the next week, what’s yours?
