Monday Motivation

I need to print this out and hang it on a sign above my desk and couch. It’s not so much the remembering to run that’s difficult, it’s the remember how good it feels during and afterwards. There’s nothing like that runner’s high at the end of a long day (or to start one off).

So what are you still doing sitting around reading this for? Not that I don’t appreciate your readership, but go! Get out there and chase down that post-run feeling.
